Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, awards certification based on its Trust Index™ Survey. The anonymous survey asks employees to rate their company on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Only companies that meet Great Place To Work’s research-backed standard for a great employee experience earn certification.

This year, 81% of DHI employees said it’s a great place to work.

Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

The certification adds to DHI’s recent workplace honors, including being named one of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Companies to Work For in 2026.
